The sign behind the reception desk sets expectations for everything that happens after it.
Interior signage is doing brand work and navigation work at the same time. A lobby mark says who you are, and everything past it tells visitors where to go without anyone having to ask.
Blank interior walls are also the cheapest large-format surface you own, which is what makes wall graphics and murals worth considering alongside the lobby sign itself. Lobby signs are built in metal or acrylic, mounted flush or on standoffs, and can be lit from behind for a soft glow.

Options
Interior & Lobby Signs, your way.
Photos illustrate sign styles and materials. Every finished sign is made for its site.

Metal letters
Brushed aluminum, stainless, brass or copper for a solid, permanent look.

Acrylic letters
Painted or gloss acrylic in your brand colors, with clean edges and a lighter weight.

Backer panels
Logos mounted to a brushed metal, frosted acrylic or wood panel that frames the mark.

Illuminated
Halo-lit or edge-lit builds that make the lobby sign a focal point after hours and in low light.
Common questions
About interior & lobby signs.
- Can you install a lobby sign on glass?
- Yes. Dimensional letters mount cleanly to interior glass with clear high-bond adhesives or a backer plate.
- Can the sign be moved if we relocate?
- Non-illuminated lobby signs are usually removable. Depending on how it was mounted, we may fabricate a new backer for the new wall.
- Do you also do the smaller interior signs?
- Yes. Door, room, directional and ADA signs are produced as a matched set with the lobby sign, so the whole office reads as one system.
