- How long does an order take?
- It depends on the item, quantity and decoration method. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you if it is realistic before you commit.
- What artwork file should I send?
- A vector file (AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF) gives the cleanest result for logos and text. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you if it needs to be redrawn.
- Do I see a proof before it's produced?
- Yes. We send a proof showing your logo placement and colors before anything goes into production.
